We use bubble wrap and bubble mailer for small items.
We use regular envelopes with hardboard for paper products (postcards, stickers, and art prints).
For mixed purchases, depending on the items, we will send them using a cardboard box/ bubble mailer/ bubble wrap and polymailer.

Packages with tracking numbers will be processed right after we received the order. It will take 3-6 business days.
Packages using post stamps will be delivered to the post office every Saturday morning. If you order on the same day, we'll drop it at the post office next Saturday.

Standard shipping for enamel pins & art prints set will have a tracking number. US destination usually arrives in 2 weeks. May vary to other countries. Please expect delays during this pandemic.

Standard shipping for postcards, stickers, & art print will be sent using post stamps and won't have a tracking number. We'll provide photo proof via Etsy message after the package has been stamped by the post office. Once we drop the package, transit will be out of our hands. We're not responsible for any late or missing packages. Please keep it in mind before purchasing. We do not accept any refund or complaints but please contact us to work out a solution. You can choose to upgrade the shipping option to get a tracking number

Please contact me if you don't see your country name on the list. I will put it right away as long as my carrier ship to your place.

We're unfortunately currently unable to ship to these countries: Germany, Poland, Lithuania, Greece, Slovak Republic, Russia, Ukraine, and France.

Our enamel pins are handmade and some will have minor flaws. Here's the grading of our pins. Not every pin has all of the flaws, some have none and some have multiple. You can always ask us for a photo if you want to see the comparison. Just hit us on Etsy message.

1. A Grade:
- Tiny scratch on the metal
- Imperfection on the back of the pin

2. B Grade:
- Tiny stain/bubble/bump
- Tiny underfilled enamel
- Chip metal
- Overfilled enamel that floods metal lines
- Imperfection on the back of the pin

3. Seconds (might have):
- One of the above but more noticeable from afar
- Bad/wrong design on the plate
